Since 2005, we've helped make this a seamless event for public radio professionals. The event, held over the years in Portland, Philadelphia, and Minneapolis includes educational sessions, demonstrations, live broadcasts, several concerts and a keynote address. We take care of it all, from lighting design, to event production, and audiovisual. That includes setup and implementation of concert audio for Grammy Award winner Moby.
Seamless services: All audio, video and audiovisual equipment set up for two showcase rooms or corporate sponsors, 10 educational sessions, concert audio for three separate concerts, and all technical support for the run of the show. Also included lighting design and technical services as well as all equipment rentals, installation and operations, staging services, on-site design of staging and floor plans, logistics for load in, run of show and strike. Live broadcast of BBC Radio reports from site. Production manager was always on site.
