This event, which took place at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center was attended by just over 1,200 Boeing employees. The four-day event included multiple general sessions and keynotes per day.
Our job, including all audiovisual support and on-site PowerPoint management for the event, was to ensure that keynote speeches were seen and heard clearly. Those keynotes included Major General Charles Cartwright, future combat systems program manager for the U.S. Army, and Scott Carson, executive vice president of The Boeing Company, as well as president and chief executive officer of Boeing Commercial Airlines. We worked with these keynote speakers on their presentations and content to create a seamless event.
